My name is Frédéric and I'm probably like you an aeronautical enthusiast.

I'm also a cockpit builder at free hours, since more than 15 years now.

It's only a personnal hobby as I'm an educator in the "real" life.

As soon as I've a few hours, I try to improve the realism and immersion of my flights

adding new functionnalities to my simulator. That's why LAAP has been developped,

for my own use at first.

After hundreds of hours of development (as I started from zero), I got what I wanted : a simple soft with minimal configuration and good efficiency. I really hope you'll enjoy it, the original concept was quite simple but this is has been a huge development work. As often, what seems so simple at first sight is very complex to code and poses unexpected problems when trying to implement it in practice.

Concerning my cockpit, I'm using the Jeehell A320 FMGS soft and I thank every day (in secret !) its author for this incredible work and for sharing it with everyone for free. I'm very grateful to this person and even though my work on LAAP is important, it is without any comparison with what Jean-Luc does each day since many years. I couldn't decently wanted to sell my "small" code when I use daily what the others provide as freeware ... Hence my choice of distribute LAAP under a donateware license, allowing everyone to test it freely the time he wishes and without limited functionality.

So feel free to give something if you want and what you want. But be assured that any donation, however small it may be, is a great encouragement to continue my work and I thank you in advance. If you choose this option, no more time-limited key and reminder messages. And my eternal gratitude will also be acquired! ;-)
